seit Samstag kenne ich einen neuen italienischen Ausdruck: mare mosso. Das hei\u00dft raue See.
Vinzence, ein Steward auf der F\u00e4hre von Neapel nach Capri, forderte alle Passagiere auf, sich in die Mitte zu begeben. Dort sei es ertr\u00e4glicher. Die Touris blieben auf ihren Fensterpl\u00e4tzen im Bug des F\u00e4hre sitzen. Vinzence verteilte T\u00fctchen.
Hinterher sammelte er die T\u00fctchen wieder ein. Eine Frau hatte ihre T\u00fcte nicht getroffen. Schimpfend nahm Vinzence zur Kenntnis, wie die Frau ihren Platz putzte. Dabei brachte er zum Ausdruck, dass er es doch gesagt habe und er nicht verstehen k\u00f6nne, warum ihm keiner glaube. Matthias gab das Schimpfen fast korrekt wieder, obwohl er kein Italienisch kann. Das zeigt, wie viel Empathie und Menschenkenntnis er besitzt.
Als wir in Capri von Bord gingen, wurden wir von vielen Leuten gefragt, ob wir nicht ein Taxi wollten. So w\u00fcrden wir bequem zum Hotel gebracht.<\/p>\n

Jetzt war es Zeit f\u00fcr meinen neuen Wortschatz. Mein Magen hatte zwar alles behalten, aber sein Inhalt schien immer noch entdeckungsfreudig zu sein. Ich erkl\u00e4rte bestimmt, dass ich nach dem Mare mosso jetzt nur noch Ruhe w\u00fcnsche.
Meine Gesichtsfarbe chargierte wohl genau in dem zarten Gr\u00fcnton, dass die Taxifahrer Angst bekamen, mit unserem Transport ihre restlichen Tageseinnahmen zu verlieren. Selbst wenn die Versicherung die Tageseinnahmen ersetzte, m\u00fcsste irgendwer das Taxi wieder befahrbar machen. Die Taxifahrer kannten das schon. So streckte das Mare mosso auf diese Weise seine gierigen Finger weit ins Inland und forderte weitere Opfer.
Wir kamen unbehelligt zum Hotel.
Matthias sah aus wie immer. In seinem Beruf hat er wohl gelernt, auch unter widrigen Bedingungen alles bei sich zu behalten. W\u00e4hrend ich die \u00dcberfahrt liegend verbracht habe, sa\u00df er stoisch neben mir und guckte aus dem Fenster. Das ist der Stoff, aus dem wahre Helden sind.<\/p>\n
